PROFESSIONAL SHOWCASE
A community arts gallery run by volunteers in Wandsworth South London,
is where our group exhibition took place.
I exhibited a self portrait of my self, Titled "Life in the Dark" (mix-media)
the painting was made from found and discarded oils and acrylic paints.
My role in this collaborative exhibition included attending meetings, being part of the invigilating team and also on the opening night greeting visitors and serving
drinks.
what I learned from this experience is working as team and making decisions.
WORKSHOP
OBJECT BIOGRAPHIES
All objects have a stories to tell.
How do we unlock these histories and what do they mean?
At the Tate Britain I attended a collaborative workshop that was run by the curator, Jacqueline Winston-Silk , that explored some of these ideas.
